These Policies apply to all Shia Travel Group LLC services
Refunds
There are no refunds for unused services (unrelated to COVID-19). In the event that you have to cancel, Shia Travel Group, LLC will not be responsible for any loss incurred. We require all clients to obtain travel insurance for our tours. For Travel Insurance options click here.
There will be no refund if you fail to meet the passport, visa application and/or any other travel requirements, including but not limited to vaccinations, malaria prevention medication etc.
Shia Travel Group, LLC reserves the right to cancel any of our trips using our discretion. In this case, we will issue: a full refund, excluding flight cost; OR credit the amount you have already paid towards your next trip (with us) in that same country or to another country within the same calendar year.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
Shia Travel Group, LLC is offering fully refundable bookings through March 15, 2021.
Our flexible booking options will also allow you to cancel with a refund, excluding flight costs, up to 60 days before the select departure date. For our COVID-19 Safety Policy, click here.
Payments
Shia Travel Group, LLC offers payment plans which allows customers to spread out their payments over a period of time. Each Trip has a different payment schedule and customers are expected to complete payments on time. Customers are free to pay full price of their trip upfront or pay the remaining balance at any time before the last payment is due.
Late Payment Fees
A $25 late payment fee will be applied to your balance after a missed payment due date. Failure to make full (monthly) payment within 5 business days after the first $25 late payment fee has been applied will incur an additional $10 late payment fee per day. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Flights
Flights are included in the cost of our Group Travels. We partner with airlines or travel agents to provide you with low fares. Customers are responsible for their own transportation to the origin airport and are expected to arrive on time. Shia Travel Group, LLC will not cover rebooking fees for any missed flights.
Bag Policies
This is determined by the airlines. Customers are responsible for reading the airline’s baggage policy. Shia Travel Group, LLC will not be responsible for any lost or delayed baggage. All lost/delayed baggage claims should be filed with the airline.
Tour Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to our itinerary or withdraw any parts of the tour. You will be notified immediately of any changes.
Insurance
Our prices do not include insurance, all participants are required to purchase their own travel insurance based on their needs. For Travel Insurance options, click here.
Safety
Safety is our top priority. While we provide private security for the entire group, we encourage participants to use their best judgment in every situation. Shia Travel Group, LLC reserves the right to ask any participant to leave if they cause serious harm to themselves or others, or if they threaten to cause serious harm to themselves or others.
Liability
Each Participant must read, understand and sign a Liability Release and Assumption of Risks Contract prior to a trip. The release form will be provided to customers after they have submitted their deposit.
Emergency Contact
Each Participant must complete an emergency contact form prior to a trip.
Photo use
By joining our travel group, you agree to allow Shia Travel Group, LLC, use any of your photos, captured on the trip, for marketing purposes.
Availability
We try to keep our Group Travels small and intimate. Therefore, space is limited and Packages are on a first come, first served basis.
Minimum Age
The minimum age requirement is 21 for our travel group. However, we provide customized travel experience services which are opened to all ages. While our customized travel experience services are opened to all ages, users of this website must be 18 years or older.
