Payments
Flexible payment plans are available. Full payments must be completed on time based on your trip schedule.
Refunds
No refunds for unused services. If STG cancels a trip, you’ll receive a refund (excluding flights) or trip credit.
Late Fees
$25 late fee + $10 daily penalty after 5 days if payments are missed.
Flights
Travelers are responsible for arriving on time. STG is not liable for missed flights or rebooking fees.
Baggage
Airline baggage policies apply. STG is not responsible for lost, delayed, or excess baggage fees.
Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory. Coverage must be purchased independently before your trip.
Safety
STG prioritizes safety and may remove participants who pose risks to themselves or others.
Photo Use
By joining, you consent to your photos being used for marketing purposes.
Age Requirement
Group trips require a minimum age of 21. Website use requires users to be 18+.
Important Notice
All travelers must meet passport, visa, and health requirements. Failure to comply will result in no refunds. A signed liability waiver and emergency contact form are required before travel.
